Our youth program focuses on learning and growing in a process that accommodates individual skills and abilities. The martial arts are not just another after-school activity; they assist in personal development through a physical discipline.

Our exciting classes focus on attention and discipline, thus improving the ability to learn. Learning builds a sense of accomplishment. With each new accomplishment, a student’s self-confidence grows and confidence is the first step in the empowerment of a person’s physical and mental abilities. Our key areas of growth are physical fitness, real-world self-defence, self-confidence, co-ordination, and character development.

The students in our Youth program tend to make lasting, supportive friendships at the dojang and take immense pride in earning their belts.
